Meghan is a Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist, Pilates Instructor, and a mom to 3 beautiful little girls. With over 15 years of clinical experience – including training in STOTT Pilates mat and reformer methods – Meghan has a passion for educating and empowering women to understand their pelvic floor and feel their best. Her mission is to support her clients, with kindness and compassion, and provide an elevated pelvic health experience in a safe and professional environment. Meghan takes a whole person approach – incorporating all aspects that may be contributing to your symptoms. Meghan’s approach is simple and effective, as she focuses on providing you with answers and guidance to meet your individual goals, to move better and be symptom free doing what you love.

Rachel developed a strong interest in pelvic floor physiotherapy after graduation. Rachel treats women’s health conditions including, incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, diastasis recti and pain with intercourse. She has also taken courses for pregnancy and postpartum to help prevent and/or treat common dysfunctions that can arise during these times. Rachel is passionate about providing the best care to her patients and would love to meet you and come up with a treatment plan that best suits your case.

In the simplest form, Melissa is passionate about helping people. It gives her the opportunity to add to the training of other athletes. Helping them deal with injuries and chronic pain in order to compete at their best is one of the things that makes her love her job. She enjoys being a part of the daily struggle to improve one’s health and well-being and loves being part of her clients athletic lifestyle. Her other love is working with the pre-and post-natal community.

Dylan Crake graduated from the University of Guelph in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Human Kinetics. With an interest in research, she continued her education, obtaining a Master of Science, focusing on activities of daily living in older adults, graduating in 2017. During her Master’s, Dylan became a Registered Kinesiologist within Ontario, and has been in good standing with the College since 2015. Dylan graduated from Algonquin College with an Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy in May 2019. She became a Registered Massage Therapist in August 2019. Dylan works as an RMT and R.Kin at our clinic. She is passionate about working to bring massage therapy and kinesiology together to get you moving and feeling better.

Having graduated from Algonquin College’s 3 year program, Kristin was able to expand her knowledge through the outreaches the College offered; including areas involving sports massage, prenatal clinics, and chronic pain outreaches. Being a long time swimmer and athlete herself, Kristin strongly connects with active people and wants to help them succeed in their active lifestyles. She can't wait to meet you and help your through your personal goals and challenges.

Carissa's background in Human Kinetics paired with her huge heart for our community and her determination to help every one of her patients overcome pain, stress and injury are tremendous assets to our group.

Roy has almost a decade of experience in manual therapy and is fascinated by the mind-body connection. He uses a nervous system-based approach to help his clients thrive. He graduated from The Southern School of Osteopathy and obtained his DOMP - Diploma of Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. He also has nine years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist. Roy’s treatments and prescribed exercises will focus on facilitating your body’s ability to heal itself. Roy is trained in visceral, joint, and nerve manipulation, as well as deep tissue release. He completed a thesis focused on the vagus nerve and PTSD with great success.
